Diving
There are two diving schools in Falmouth, both offering a range of open water dives and Padi courses. Feedback for both companies has been good, with no real horror stories (well aside maybe from the one when the boat sunk). But all good fun and all in all a good place to get a Padi if this is on your to do list.

Horse Riding
Spring Hill Riding Club is only a few kilometers from Falmouth, and offers guided rides in the surrounding countryside as well as tuition for beginners. To get there take the turn off towards rendez vous bay just past the Cat Club and just before the main road starts to climb towards Liberta. There is a map on the club's website, but it is easy to find.

SUP
This awkward looking sport seems to have taken off quite well in Antigua. Stand Up Paddle boards are available for rent from the yacht club, and you can pootle around while exercising all these muscles you never knew you had.
Surfing
Aside from having heard the names of Rendez vous bay, Galley beach, Half Moon Bay etc... discussed a few times, I know sod all about the Antiguan surf scene. So you had better look somewhere else for you info, unless someone wants to adopt this and make a page of it...full credit given!
Tennis and Squash
Temo sports bar has two tennis courts and two squash courts available by the hour. They also rent out rackets if you do not have your own. The courts are often fully booked in evening hours when it is cool enough to play.

Fig Tree drive is home to Antigua's one and only Jungle Park. It is set right at the top of the ridge, above the green valley leading to Carlisle Bay in proper jungley rainforesty surrroundings- a great spot altogether. The rides are decent; it makes a good crew outing. Be aware that the park is not open at all times, and that booking ahead is essential.

Zorbing
Yes, you can Zorb in Antigua. I have seen the pictures to prove it, but I do not have the master zorber's contact number, so you will have to dig locally. It is supposed to be fun.
A happy zorbee
